A new character called Agent Jai will arrive at Free Fire! Garena made character Agent Jai on depending Hrithik Roshan same as Dj Alok on Dj Alok!
Hrithik Roshan is a famous Bollywood actor. According to the picture and name of the character, we can make a theory that - Garena created the character look and name from the WAR movie.
It can be a collaboration with Hrithik Roshan but this not exactly confirmed! 

Garena released this pic of Agent Jai but didn't confirm that this is the character of Hrithik Roshan.
